Presentation Guidelines

I. Promotion Suggestions for LeAnn’s Program and Your Event:

__ LeAnn is happy to write an article for your newsletter or other publication. She is also available for interviews. Please let us know your publication guidelines and time frames.

__ LeAnn can assist with copy to send an e-mail announcing that she will be presenting at your event or conference. Please discuss with Amy or LeAnn if you are interested in this opportunity to build momentum and help to ensure a great turnout.

__ To attract media to your event, LeAnn is available for onsite, remote or in studio interviews. Ideas and fact sheets can be found at www.LeAnnThieman.com. LeAnn will factor in specific talking points about your organization as well. Toward that end, it would be helpful to receive background information via mail and/or a phone discussion prior to any interviews on behalf of your event(s).

__ Please include LeAnn in the distribution list of all marketing materials for this event, including fliers, newsletters, brochures, emails, etc.

II. Other Arrangements for Event:

Booksigning:
LeAnn always holds a booksigning at the conclusion of her program(s), as people come to expect the opportunity to meet this celebrity speaker/author. LeAnn sells all titles at a reduced rate of $12/each. Currently Chicken Soup books retail for $14.95/each.

If you’d like to gift your participants or purchase books in advance, volume discounts are available:
1-50 books @ $10.50/each
51-500 books @$9.75/each
500 + @ $9.00/each
(shipping is additional cost for all orders)

Equipment needed: Lapel microphone, LCD projector, screen, minimum 10-foot stage area with small table. See AV/Platform checklist for more details.
