How hard do we try to keep our nurses?

Only 13% of workers say their employers put effort into keeping them on their jobs. During Nurses Week time and money are invested in making nurses feel appreciated. Maybe this is a good time to think of all the ways we could put forth more effort all year long. Maybe we can use the same strategies from nurses week and apply them more consistently throughout the year. How many the nurses we could “save” with a little more effort toward nurse retention?
